Calculator Terms of Use

1. These terms of use contain the conditions under which RABLE Group BV (“RABLE Group“)bpermits you to use the calculator tool made available through RABLE Group's website at www.RABLE.com (the “Calculator“) and create and use an associated online account (the “Account").

2. You agree to use the Calculator and your Account for the sole purpose of supporting the registered user's configuration and installation of certain RABLE Group products as specified in the Calculator.

3. You agree to keep your login credentials (email address and password) to access theCalculator and your Account strictly confidential and up to date. You acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for all means of access to the Calculator and your Account, by way of your login credentials (whether by authorized or unauthorized persons), and that you shall immediately notify RABLE Group of any (suspected) unauthorized access or use.

4. You acknowledge and agree that the Calculator (including all information set forth therein) and the Account are made available by RABLE Group “as is”, without ,whether express or implied,any representation, warranty or condition of conformity, availability, quality , fitness for any particular purpose, non-infringement, absence of errors, or absence of interruptions.

5. The use of the Calculator generates or provides access to information with regard to RABLE Group products, including (without limitation) configuration calculations, drawings, product lists, product quantities, pricing, and installation instructions. You acknowledge and agree that RABLE Group shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the accuracy, completeness, correctness or any other element of such information, or for your use of or. reliance on such information.

6. You may store information generated through the use of the Calculator in or via your Account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding such information, and you acknowledge and agree that RABLE Group shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss of or damage to such information.

7. All intellectual property rights in respect of the Calculator and information made available by RABLE Group through the Calculator are and shall remain vested in RABLE Group or its licensors. You have a limited right to remotely use the functionality of the Calculator as made available on the RABLE Group website in accordance with these terms of use. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not: (i) in any manner make the functionality of the Calculator accessible to third parties, (ii) copy any element of the Calculator, (iii) change any element of the Calculator (other than those elements which apparently allow for your input), (iv) attempt to disable or circumvent any protective measure implemented in or in conjunction with the Calculator, or (v) seek to derive the source code of the Calculator.

2. You agree to allow the Calculator and your Account to be used by the registered user solely for the purpose of supporting your configuration and installation of the RABLE Group products identified in the Calculator.

3. You agree to keep your login details (email address and password) for the Calculator and your Account strictly confidential and up to date. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all means of access to the Calculator and your Account using your login details (whether by authorized or unauthorized persons) and that you will immediately notify RABLE Group of any

(suspicion of) unauthorized access or use.

4. You acknowledge and agree that the Calculator (including all information contained therein) and the Account are provided by RABLE Group “as is”, with all faults and without any warranty or representation, express or implied, as to conformity, availability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, freedom from error or freedom from interruption.

5. Use of the Calculator will generate or provide access to information relating to RABLE Group products, including but not limited to configuration calculations, drawings, product lists, product quantities, prices and installation instructions. You hereby acknowledge and agree that RABLE Group has no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, correctness or any other element of this information or for your use of or reliance on this information.
